Dear Los Altos Hills Club members,

Happy New Year!

Due to wide spread Omicron and health concerns, Los Altos Hills Club board has decided to move our January Fremont Hills Country Club luncheon event to Zoom virtual event. We are not alone. Many social events and businesses have canceled the in-person meetings. We want to be safe first.

However, our guest speakers will still be the new Mayor George Tyson and the new city manager Peter Pirnejad. The forum will be similar to last year's January virtual meeting. We are excited to learn more about the status of the town.

For those who have paid for the January luncheon, you have the option to automatically roll over the payment to the next in-person event, or upon your request, we can refund the payment to you.

We appreciate your understanding and support during the pandemic period.
Look forward to seeing you all on Zoom next Tuesday, Jan 11, 11:30am - 1pm!

We will be sending out the Zoom link soon.

Be safe. Be healthy.

- Michelle Wu & LAH Club Board

Traditionally, the LAH Club invites the Mayor and City Manager to provide a status of the Town at our annual new year meeting. On January 11, 2022, Mayor George Tyson and City Manager, Peter Pirnejad will join us for luncheon at the Fremont Hills Club.
They will provide an update on the status of the Town regarding fiscal, planning & land use and development issues, recreation opportunities, safety & security, and plans for future. Of great interest is the re-negotiated Green Waste Contract cost savings and implementation of the new license plate readers to enhance security for the Town.

Additionally, goals for the 2022 will be shared by the new City Manager and staff. Members of the LAH Club will submit qestions. This is a great opportunity to provide feedback to the Mayor and City Manager.

Set the date on your calendar! January 11, 2022; 11:30 A.M. Social; 12 P.M. Luncheon; 12:30 P.M. Program.
